Calder Park is now said to be one of the fastest growing Business parks’ in Yorkshire. It is a commerical development, combining a brand new state of the art business park with a new wildlife haven. The Wildlife haven has been transformed from marshland to protect Lapwing and other species. Around 140 acres of land is in the process of being developed into high quality office accommodation.
