Ladies Fitness Classes

The Wakefield Wildcats would like to invite all the ladies in Wakefield to come and keep fit with them. The summer is finally here and its time to get into shape before hitting the beach so why not join the female members of Staff at the Wildcats in their keep fit sessions.

Women’s Touch Rugby fitness session; the sessions are designed to be a keep fit tool and are tailored for all abilities and females over 16 year old. The session are held on a Tuesday night 6-7pm on Outwood Park and cost £1 per session. Ladies Running Club has been a real success over the past month. Women are invited to come and keep fit together with some of the female Wildcat’s staff. The session is designed to improve fitness at your own level weather that is run, jog or walk. Meeting on a Thursday at 5pm at Thornes Park in the college car park and costs £1 per week. Adult Dance Class has just started its second term as it proved to be a hit at the launch. The sessions are made up of simple toning and aerobic dance moves which make up a routine. The sessions are a great way to stay in shape and make new people. The sessions are held at Cats Bar at the Wakefield Wildcats stadium on a Monday night 7.30 – 8.10pm and costs £2 per session.
