Even though the 2010 Season has draw to an end, there are still plenty of activities happening down at Belle Vue Stadium – and not just for the kids. The Junior Wildcat Rugby sessions are running as usual with any young hopefuls wanting to start or improve there rugby skills down on the Belle Vue field. The Monday night times for the rugby session are as follows:
- 5 – 7 years – 4:45 – 5:30
- 8 – 12 years – 5:30 – 6:15
Sessions cost £1.50 per child, anyone wanting to improve there basic rugby skills are more than welcome to attend the sessions that are lead be Wildcats Community Development Officers.
Also, running on a Monday Evening here at Belle Vue are Dads fitness classes. The hour-long sessions begin with fitness drills which warm up the group before they then move onto learning the basic skills of Touch Rugby. The dads club are currently taking part in the successful Wakefield Wildcats touch rugby as part of their fitness programme as well as improving there basic rugby skills. The sessions are £2, run from 6:30pm till 7:30pm and any new starters are welcome to join in at any time.
