A busy day!! As always!!!

The Monday Field session saw us re-testing the players on 50m repeat efforts on a 15sec turnaround. The results here were exception (AS A TEAM). From a previous average of 34 all the players completed 50 lengths (50 is the maximum value which can be attained). It really was a superb team effort with all the players helping and encouraging each other during the runs.

We had another Team Activity day at Pugneys. Thanks here must go to Mike Pogson and the staff at Pugneys for their help. The weather was kind…well it did not rain! However, looking at the lads as they came off the water having completed the blindfolded canoe challenge they looked frozen! Hopefully Andy Davis’ photos will highlight the lads’ efforts. In the three team challenge Matty B and his team where the champions!

Hendo, can I just check…‘are those shorts on inside out’??…just asking!
