Wakefield Wildcats have been delighted with the support local school’s have given for the new stadium.
The Wildcats Community Team have been collecting signatures of support from staff and children alike at a number of schools in the Wakefield area. Pupils at St Michael’s primary have shown their encouragement for the new facility by designing and displaying their own posters. All the children have done some fantastic drawings and all our team have thoroughly enjoyed looking through them.
The Community Team are collecting all the signatures of support forms this afternoon from local schools Jerry Clay Primary, Greenhill Primary and Flanshaw Infants.
The Wakefield Wildcats would like to thank all the schools, both staff and pupils, that have been involved with and supported our campaign.
With the deadline for the support signatures only 1 day away, we are urging all fans to print off their own support statement to sign. Fans can simply click here to download the form and then return to The Rapid Solicitors Stadium or The Wildcats Superstore on Doncaster Road where there will be a collection point until tomorrow.
Please note, the support statement can be signed by every member of your household including children. Public opinion will help win the battle, the more local signatures we can get the better!
This is Wakefield. Together We Are Stronger.
