Dance with Daddy Cool Record Breaker!

posted on 1 June 2011

The Wakefield Trinity Wildcats are on a mission to break a world record!

Daddy Cool and the team are aiming to break the record for the ‘Largest Remote Dance Class’ in the world. This will be done LIVE on the pitch before the Hull FC home game on June 26th at The Rapid Solicitors Stadium. To be sucessful and break the world record we need 800 children to take part.

Sessions have started this week with Dance Development Officer Jodie Travis and our very own Daddy Cool visiting local schools to teach them the exciting routine. We are encouraging all schools to join in and be a part of the world record attempt! The schools that have been visited so far are:

Kirkhamgate, Mackie Hill, Hendal, Lofthouse Gate, Wrenthorpe Primary, Sandal Endowed, Greenhill, Walton Primary and West Bretton

If you’re school isn’t on this list and you would like to help us break a world record then please contact Jodie Travis at jodietravis@wakefieldwildcats.co.uk or phone 01924 211611.

This is Wakefield. Together We Are Stronger.
