Wakefield Trinity Wildcats Head Coach John Kear was left disappointed after yesterdays defeat against Hull FC.
The Wildcats lost out by 52 points to 18 in a game that started so well for the Wakefield side with a 12-0 lead after just 10 mintes.
John Kear spoke to members of the media straight after the game and discussed his frustration with the performance, “We’ve gone from a team of young players who always gave their all and tried their hardest and it’s disappointing that that wasn’t the percieved case from the sidelines today.”
Kear explained that the second half let them down, “We just couldn’t get the ball so all we did was defend. As I’m sure you’re all aware it was very hot out there and we had no energy at all.”
“We’ve learnt some good lessons from this game and we will be going back to a young, trying team in the near future.”
