The Wakefield Trinity Wildcats can confirm that Julien Rinaldi is set to leave the club at the end of the season.
The French hooker will be joining Super League club, Harlequins RL, for the upcoming season. Julien is no stranger to the Quins after having played at the London club from 2007 to 2009.
Julien, or Jules as he is more commonly known at the ground, joined the Wildcats in 2002 and then returned on loan in 2010. After impressing the club coaching staff and the supporters, he signed a deal to keep him at the club for the whole of this 2011 season.
Speaking earlier Wildcats Chief Executive James Elston commented, “Julien has been a great servant to the club and on behalf of everyone at the Wildcats I would like to wish him every success in London.”
“He will continue to play at Wakefield until the end of the season and will then join Harlequins next season.”
This is Wakefield. Together We Are Stronger.
