The Wildcats are set to be backed by a big travelling support this Friday night in the opening game of Stobart Super League XVII against Widnes Vikings.

The Wildcats are set to be backed by a large away following on Friday night.

Richard Agar and his side will travel to the north-west on Friday followed by seven coaches full of Wildcats fans giving their backing to the start of a new era.

The new Wildcats Away Travel Club has proved hugely popular with prices just £7 for members and £8 for non-members, with the club now taking bookings for the eighth coach as anticipation builds for the beginning of the new campaign.

There is still time to book your place and be a part of what is sure to be a blockbuster start to the new season, and don’t forget buying your match ticket in advance will save you money and it benefits the club.

There are now just 37 places remaining on the eighth and final Away Travel Club coach so buy your ticket and book your place on the coach by visiting the Ridings Shopping Centre store or by calling 01924 201548.  The Doncaster Road store is now closed whilst a new Box Office is built next to CATS Bar.

Adult match tickets are priced at £20, concession tickets are £13 and junior tickets are just £11. Junior Gold Members are not required to swap their tickets prior to the game and can simply present their booklet on the gate at Widnes.

Turnstile prices on the day will increase by £2, so the Wildcats are urging all fans to call in to the retail outlets at the Ridings Shopping Centre to purchase their tickets in advance.

With over 350 people booked on the Away Travel Club, fans travelling are advised that parking at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium will be in high demand so supporters are advised to arrive as early as possible with parking in the first instance to be in car park C, outside the old club shop.

CATS Bar will be open from 4pm ahead of coaches departing the Rapid Solicitors Stadium at 5pm.

Supporters who have booked to be picked up from the bus station are advised they will be collected at 5.30pm from the back of the bus station.

All supporters booked to be picked up from the bus station will be on coaches 6, 7 and 8.
