The Wildcats touch rugby league is back again for 2012!

The Wildcats Community Team are once again running their ever popular male and female Touch Rugby League’s this season.

The one hour sessions provide the men and women of Wakefield with a great way to get fit and meet new people under the expert tuition of the Wildcats staff.  These sessions are supported by Heart Research UK.

The male touch rugby sessions are suitable for men aged 16 and over and will run every Monday from 6pm until 7pm with the first session starting on January 16th. The sessions are suitable for individuals of all abilities and the weekly sessions will bring out the competitive side in any a man!

Wildcats Female Touch Rugby League will take place every Monday from 6pm until 7pm

And why should the boys have all the fun? A female only touch league will also run at the same time every Monday for females aged 14 and over. Both sessions will take place at the Wakefield Football Centre on Denby Dale Road.

For more information and to register your interest on either of the sessions, please contact Community Development Officer Clare Marlow at or alternatively call 01924 211611.
