Job hunters that attend the m2r Recruitment Workshop at the Wildcats next week could leave with not only a wealth of employment advice but a pair of tickets to the home game against the Bulls too!

All those attending the m2r Recruitment Workshop next week will be in with the chance of winning tickets to the Wildcats v Bulls game!

After the huge success of the first workshop last month, the award winning Wakefield recruitment company are now running a second session to help more people in the City land their dream job.

With unemployment currently at record highs, this free workshop is a fantastic opportunity to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge that will give you a head start when hunting for a new job.

Louise Goody, m2r Account Manager, was delighted with how well the first workshop went and stresses the importance of trying to get ahead of the game, “So many people are looking for jobs at the moment that it is crucial that you have the right skills to stand out by pre-empting jobs before they have been advertised.

The two hour workshop covers everything from CV structure, job boards and company research to social media techniques, confidence building and interview advice. We received great feed back from the first session and I was thrilled to hear that three of the attendees have now found new employment due to the skills and knowledge they learnt at the workshop.”

The inaugral event received nothing but praise and the demand for more advice has lead the company to re-run the workshop, that will be held at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium again on Wednesday 25th January from 9am until 11am with arrival from 8.45am.

One attendee commented, “I would like to give m2r a really big thank you. After the session I came away feeling a lot more enthusiastic about looking for a job and a learnt a whole new approach.

I followed your advice from the class and from the literature handed out and in return I start my new job in Wakefield on Monday!”

The Wildcats are urging all supporters to book their place now to avoid disappointment as spaces are becoming extremely limited. To reserve your place, please forward your CV and contact information to and also outline what you would like to learn from the workshop.

And don’t forget, if you attend the workshop you will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win one of three pairs of tickets to the second home game of the season against the Bradford Bulls! What are you waiting for, contact m2r now!
