Wildcats fans Steven Rudge and Michael Bates will enjoy this Saturday’s clash with Bradford Bulls courtesy of m2r Recruitment.

Steve Southern and Munir Mamujee present the recruitment workshop winners with their tickets for the Bulls game this Saturday.

The pair were part of the recruitment workshop held by the clubs official recruitment partners earlier this year and with m2r big match sponsors of this clash against the Bulls they offered pairs of tickets to the game as a competition for anyone who attended the workshop.

The global recruitment firm offered help and advice to the attendees last Wednesday regarding CV preparation, interview techniques and job searching throughout a three hour workshop in the Wildcats Learning Zone, led by M2R’s Louise Goody. The delegates all left with an information pack and were given the opportunity to stay behind and go through their own CV with a recruitment specialist.

Ten people attended the workshop with Steven not only leaving with match tickets, but the skills and information that has led to him earning a job offer.

m2r also offered tickets to the game via a Twitter competition with John Humphries and Robert Wood the lucky winners who will be at this Saturday’s game.

Based on the success of their recent Job Hunting Workshops in the UK and Middle East, m2r have now launched a dedicated training arm specifically aimed at helping job seekers of all ages and disciplines find their ideal role.

The multi award winning company will offer career counselling to individuals and outreach services to organisations that unfortunately have to make cuts due to current market conditions.

The courses will be similar to the confidence building Job Hunting Workshops that have been held at the Wildcats stadium, as well as offering advice and support for those looking to boost their online professional profile via the business networking site, LinkedIn.

With global uncertainly still affecting the labour market, there has never been a better time for people to invest in their career and m2r have the experience to be able to help.

Their recent Job Hunting Workshops have proved to be very successful, in the UK so far 25% of attendees have secured employment, with this figure set to rise and the rest have commented that the workshops gave them excellent information and a boost in confidence. The workshops received extensive media coverage both in the UK and Middle East.

m2r recently also ran a course in Bahrain where 52 people attended, these included students, middle and senior managers from a broad spectrum of nationalities. Already delegates have secured employment by using the advice provided and the feedback from the course was 100% positive.

Their Job Hunting Workshops have received praise from the general public as well as the public and private sector both in the UK and Middle East and m2r have already been asked to deliver social media training to the education sector within Bahrain.

Managing Director Munir Mamujee commented: “As the labour market becomes increasingly more competitive it is essential that people are equipped with the tools needed to find a job.

“We can provide them with excellent support gleaned from over 15 years of working in the international recruitment industry and can also offer continuous guidance should they wish.”
