Book on this year’s Easter Camps and be part of the first camp that will involve the newest member of the Wildcats Community Trust team – Semi Tadulala.

Semi Tadulala is now part of the Wildcats Community Trust Team. Join him and the rest of the team at this year's Easter Camps.

Former Wildcats winger Semi and the rest of the Community Trust staff will be joined by members of the first team squad during the camp which is always a huge hit with young people and this year is set to be no exception.

The camps, which will run from Wakefield Thornes Park College, are for young people aged 6 years and above and boys and girls can choose to enrol on either the Rugby or the Dance Camp.

Both camps run alongside each other for four days from Monday 2nd April to Thursday 5th April and are from 10am till 3pm each day. Whether you are keen to be out on the field with a ball or showcasing your dance talents on stage, the camps have something for everyone this Easter.

During the 4 day rugby camp, youngsters will enjoy different drills designed to introduce and build on skills needed to play the great game of rugby league. The participants, both boys and girls, will also have the chance to take part in conditioned small sided games throughout the week, all geared towards the skills and tactics learnt throughout the sessions.

Due to popular demand, the Easter Dance Camps will return this year, led by the one and only Wildcat Dolls. Come along and take part in sessions in street dance, cheerleading, contemporary jazz, singing and acting with an exciting show to wrap up the camp on the final afternoon in the college theatre.

All attendees will get the chance to meet some of the members of the new 2012 Wildcats first team squad as they will be on hand to join in the fun with the youngsters. Awards will also be presented at the end of the camp to reward the boys and girls for their achievements and efforts throughout the four days.

Beginners and experienced dancers are welcome, and will be split into groups accordingly and the same process will apply with the rugby camps. Places for both camps are limited, and after the high demand last year we advise parents to book early to avoid disappointment.

To book your place on the camp, that costs just £40 for all four days, simply call the Community Department on 01924 211611 option 3 or call into the Wildcats Superstore on Doncaster Road or the retail outlet in the Ridings Shopping Centre to pick up an application form.

Alternatively click on this Easter Camp Booking Form link to download your own form to print out at home and return to the club.

Don’t miss out and book now to ensure you spend a fun filled Easter week with the Wildcats!
