The Wildcats long-standing partnership with Total Fitness has continued into 2012.
Total Fitness are the Wildcats official fitness partners, providing Richard Agar and his first team squad with a high quality training facility that is used weekly for post-match rehabilitation and for allowing the players to be in peak condition for the rigours of Super League.
In addition, Total Fitness Wakefield offer special incentives for Wildcats Gold Members including discounted gym fees at different points across the season.
The Total Fitness branding adorns the tunnel area at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium as one of the clubs most valued partners.
Every Total Fitness has three different indoor swimming pools including a 25 metre pool and a unique hydro spa pool.
With over 250 pieces of cardiovascular equipment plus free and fixed weights there is everything there to cater for either elite athletes or someone just wanting to keep fit.
There’s also the option to mix things up with fitness classes and personal training services offered, with Wildcats Commercial Manager, Martin Hopkins delighted with the continued support of one of the top facilities in the city.
“The partnership with Total Fitness is a really important one for the club and their facilities are an invaluable asset to the first team squad and coaching staff in particular,” commented Martin.
“The quality of their facilities is in-keeping with what is required by a top professional sports club but they are also excellent for anyone who is interested in keeping fit.
“It’s also great that they put on special offers and incentives for the Wildcats members and I’d like to thank them for their continued support of the city’s premier sporting club.”
‘The players and staff of Wakefield Wildcats have continued to utilise the facilities at Total Fitness Wakefield into the current playing season,” commented Steve O’Reilly, Club Manager of Total Fitness in Wakefield.
“Our ongoing partnership with the Wildcats continues to enhance the club. The members of Total Fitness continue to benefit from training alongside the players and we look forward to working with the team in the future.”
