The Wildcats under 20′s face a huge match in their bid to make the end of season play-offs when they welcome St. Helens to the Rapid Solicitors Stadium on Saturday.

Adam Slater is one of the first team youngsters set to feature on Saturday.

The youngsters are unbeaten at home in 2012 and sit in sixth place in the Valvoline Cup standings, level on points with fifth placed Saints and a single point behind Wigan Warriors in fourth having played a game less.

With just three games remaining, a win on Saturday afternoon could be key for Glenn Morrison’s side making the end of year fixtures.

They recovered from 22-6 down at the Probiz Coliseum last week to run away 34-28 derby winners over Castleford Tigers and keep the play-off push going.
