Stuart Dickens will take his Wildcats under 19s to Huddersfield tomorrow (Thursday) evening looking to achieve consecutive wins in a rearranged fixture.

Stuart Dickens is aiming for back to back wins against Huddersfield.

The original fixture against the Giants was due to be played on Saturday afternoon at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium but has been moved to help protect to pitch for the first team game on Sunday.

The home match has been reversed and instead the Wildcats academy will play Huddersfield with a 7.30pm kick-off at Huddersfield YMCA. Both clubs agreed to the move to guarantee the Rapid Solicitors Stadium pitch is in the best possible condition for round four of Super League.

Dickens and his team will go into the contest full of optimism after the last gasp victory over London on Sunday. Ben Shulver scored with the last play of the game to tie the game at 32-32 before Josh Kittrick kicked the conversion to secure their first win in the new format.

The reverse fixture at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium will now take place on Saturday 31st August.
