ANTICIPATION BUILDING FOR MAGIC WEEKEND

Wakefield supporters can now purchase tickets and travel for the Magic Weekend when the Wildcats look to beat Castleford for the second time in 2013 on Saturday 25th May.

Tickets and travel are on sale for the Magic Weekend derby against Castleford.

Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium will once again provide host to the action packed weekend of Super League after the huge success of its debut year at the venue in 2012.

Seven regular league fixtures are set to take place with the Wildcats against the Tigers providing the second of those games and a great way to kick-start the two days in Manchester with tickets starting from just £15 for adults.

Last year saw a thrilling game as Richard Agar’s men beat Cas 32-26 which created the momentum to go on and reach the play-offs. It was also the fixture that produced the Wildcats Try of the Season through half-back Tim Smith after his solo try clinched the game in front of a set of delirious Wakefield supporters.

The anticipation is really building for the must see event this year with Wakefield fans from across the country making enquiries about tickets and travel.

Daily tickets:

Unreserved seating: adults £30 (£15) & concessions £15 (£7.50)

Reserved seating: adults £45 (£22.50) & concessions £22.50 (£11.25)

Weekend tickets:

Unreserved seating – adults £45 (£22.50) & concessions £22.50 (£11.25)

Reserved seating – adults £60 (£30) & concessions £30 (£15)

Meanwhile official travel is also available for the trip over the Pennines for just £10 for members and £11 non-members. The coaches will leave the Rapid Solicitors Stadium at 10am and Wakefield Bus Station at 10.15am in time for the London against Catalan game that kicks-off at midday.

Two excellent games complete the Saturday showing as the Hull derby follows on immediately after the Wildcats game at 4.30pm before St. Helens take on Warrington Wolves in the final game of the day at 6.45pm.

Coach travel will depart after the final hooter of the last game on Saturday which is expected to finish around 8.30pm. There will be no travel available on the Sunday.

Sunday see’s Salford take on Widnes before another west Yorkshire derby as Bradford play Huddersfield with the final game of the weekend kicking-off at 7.30pm which is Leeds against Wigan.

All money raised through ticket sales from the Wildcats retail stores goes direct to the club so make sure you do not hesitate and purchase your ticket for the outstanding day of entertainment with the derby against Castleford providing the headline game at 2.15pm on Saturday.
