Wakefield Wildcats scholars are back in action tomorrow and provide an early curtain raiser at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium against Hull KR, kick-off: 2.30pm.
The under 16s will play only their second game of the season due to the Huddersfield game being called off last month after the 54-16 demolition of Featherstone.
The youngsters are led by coach Dave Winter and are one of the most exciting age groups the club have had in many years which includes two players in the current England set-up.
Jordan Crowther and Max Jowitt recently took part in an England camp but unfortunately Crowther missed the international games through injury. Jowitt went on to be a star performer and pick up Man of the Match against France at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium.
Richard Agar has already stated the current group of scholars are amongst the best he has seen so why not head down to the home of the Wildcats and see them in action against Hull KR?
The full squad is below:
Declan Brereton, Connor Clarke, Jared Copley, Ben Cornell, Jordan Crowther, Joe Greiff, Thomas Griffiths, Matthew Hick, Kieran Holt, Will Hudson, Max Jowitt, Aiden Kay, Tom Megretton, Alex Parker, Luke Powell, Jamie Robinson, Callum Sampson, Maverick Stacey, Nathan Stone, Harry Swan.
Entry is free for Wildcats Gold Members while it is just £3 for adults and £1 concessions / juniors.
There is an option to stay in the ground for the first team Tetley’s Challenge Cup game against Hemel after the conclusion of the scholars game. Supporters will have to notify stewards on the turnstiles that they intend to stay for both games so they are allocated the correct match ticket.
Anyone only wishing to watch the Scholarship fixtures will be asked to vacate the Stadium before turnstiles open for the Tetley’s Challenge Cup fourth round tie.
The first team game is charged at just £10 adults and £5 concessions / juniors.
