The Wildcats under 19s fixture against Featherstone this Saturday has been altered to kick-off at midday instead of the previously scheduled 2pm start.

Brad Day is set to feature against Featherstone on Saturday.

This is due to the first team game against Catalan having been brought forward to a 5.05pm kick-off as the academy outfit look to get back to winning ways at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium.

Trinity have lost their last four fixtures to leave them in 11th position in the league table but have only played twice at home due to switching a number of early season games to protect the Wildcats pitch.

Captain Corbyn Kilday and back-rower Brad Day are expected to line-up for Stuart Dickens’ men which provides a great way to kick-start your day of rugby league.

Admission for the academy game is slightly different to usual with it providing an early curtain raiser for the Super League clash against the Dragons.

If Gold Members wish to stay for both games they will need to inform the turnstile operator so the voucher for the Catalan game can be withdrawn from their booklet. If any Gold Members plan to leave between the games they need to make sure the turnstile operator is aware so they do not tear out the Catalan voucher.

Non-members will be charged full entry price of £22 adults and £12 concessions / juniors and will be able to watch the double header for the same price. If supporters only wish to watch the under 19s game then they can return their tickets to the Stadium Box Office no later than 3pm.

Supporters who leave swiftly after the conclusion of the academy game will receive a refund of £19 adults and £11 concessions / juniors. Tickets will need to be purchased from the Stadium Box Office before the academy game to receive the refund.

Meanwhile the academy game against Leeds Rhinos which was postponed in March has now been rearranged for next Thursday 9th May, kick-off 7pm at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium.

The Wildcats under 16s are also in action this week as they travel to face Sheffield Eagles at the Don Valley Stadium, kick-off 7.30pm this evening.

The Wakefield scholars will be looking to continue their outstanding form so far in 2013 after sweeping aside Featherstone and Hull KR.

You can pay on the gate at Sheffield with adults being charged £3, concessions £2 and juniors £1.

The squad to take on Sheffield is:

Blake, Brereton, Clarke, Copley, Crowther, Cornell, Griffiths, Hick, Holt, Hudson, Jowitt, Lord, Megretton, Paisley, Parker, Powell, Robinson, Sampson, Stacey & Stone.

This is Wakefield. Together We Are Stronger.
