Wildcats head coach Richard Agar has been forced to make a number of changes to his 19-man squad to face Wigan on Sunday (3.30pm).

Richard Agar has named his squad to host the Warriors

Paul Aiton (quad and jaw), Ali Lauitiiti (foot), Tim Smith (shoulder) and Paul Sykes (knee) will all miss the fixture against the Warriors through injury which will give a chance to other members of Agar’s first team squad.

That means Kyle Wood, Olly Wilkes, Frankie Mariano, Vince Mellars, hooker Matty Wildie and second-rower Lucas Walshaw are all in contention to feature against high flying Wigan after being added to the squad.

Captain Danny Kirmond has been passed fit and is expected to start which will be his 100th Super League appearance after playing 49 games for Huddersfield and 50 for Trinity to date.

The squad in full to take on Wigan:

1. Richard MATHERS

2. Peter FOX

3. Dean COLLIS

4. Lee SMITH

8. Justin POORE

10. Andy RALEIGH

12. Danny KIRMOND (c)
