AGAR NAMES 19-MAN SQUAD TO FACE HULL FC

posted on 29 June 2013

The only change to the Wildcats 19-man squad for the trip to the KC Stadium on Monday sees hooker Paul Aiton come in for young second-rower Lucas Walshaw.

Paul Aiton has returned to the Wildcats 19-man squad.

The Papua New Guinea international missed the match against London through suspension after submitting an Early Guilty Plea for a dangerous tackle in the game away to Salford.

The 28-year-old is an integral part of the Wakefield team and has played an important role this season contributing with four tries and his uncompromising defence, so his return is a welcome boost for Trinity.

Head coach Richard Agar has shown faith in the rest of the team that defeated the Broncos 46-14 on Sunday by making no further changes, as the Wildcats aim to make it three wins in a row.

Despite a 24-6 loss in their previous trip to Hull FC this season, confidence in the squad is high as they aim to avenge that defeat and stay in touch with the playoff places.
