The Wildcats Boot Camp will have two extra special guests this Thursday as Wakefield stars Paul Aiton and Tim Smith will be in attendance at Fit24 gym in Wakefield.
The session lasts for an hour between 6.30-7.30pm and two of the Wildcats favourites will be on hand to help with motivation and techniques to help improve fitness.
Prop forwards Justin Poore and Taulima Tautai were the first players to attend Boot Camp after the tough work-out was moved from the Rapid Solicitors Stadium earlier this month to the 24 hour gym.
Whether you haven’t been for a while or never been before, make sure you are there this Thursday alongside one of the toughest and fittest players in Super League, the Papua New Guinea captain Aiton.
Super League TV are also bringing their camera crew to the gym too so if you want to learn how your idols train to get fit and even have a chance to appear on TV then make sure you attend the Wildcats Boot Camp on Thursday.
Whilst you’re there, who not sign up to become a member of Fit24? It costs just £19.99 a month or, if you’re a 2013 Gold Member, then your membership costs just £14.99 a month.
The gym is open 24 hours a day so you can fit your workouts around your lifestyle.
Sessions are free for Fit24 members and just £4 for non-members which is outstanding value with a fully qualified personal trainer taking the session alongside the two famous Trinity first-teamers. Fit24 is located in Trinity Walk, opposite Handmade Burger.
