Wakefield Trinity Wildcats host London Broncos in round 19 of Super League at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium today, Sunday 23rd June, kick-off 3.30pm.

Justin Poore was a standout performer in the reverse fixture as Trinity won 28-0 in February.

Team news

Wildcats prop Andy Raleigh comes back into the team in place of hooker Paul Aiton who misses out because of suspension. Matty Wildie will also start for Richard Agar’s side who are near enough full strength for this match.

The Broncos are without 11 regular starters for the game with key second-rower Chris Bailey the latest to pick up an injury in the Exiles game. Under 19s players Joel Wicks and Harry Little could also make their debuts for the London outfit.

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, founded in 1873, will celebrate its 140th year in this weekend’s game against the London Broncos. As part of the celebrations a fun day is being held and will include many things such as a local band, fun and games in the Fanzone, a procession of past players plus much more.

So get in on the action and get down to the Rapid Solicitors Stadium at 11am to celebrate this magnificent milestone achieved by Wakefield’s only professional sports club.
