The Ridings Shopping Centre in Wakefield have continued their support of the city’s only professional sports club by renewing their shorts sponsorship for 2014.

The Ridings Centre have continued their backing of the Wildcats for 2014.

It will be the third successive year The Ridings Shopping Centre have backed the Wildcats by taking their place on the shorts as part of an ongoing partnership.

The Centre, at the heart of the city, is home to the Wildcats’ retail store as well as more than 90 stores including T K Maxx, M&S, Boots, Morrisons and many more.

The Ridings Shopping Centre has recently celebrated their 30th birthday and just like the Wildcats, continue to be a key part of the city.

Trinity Commercial Manager, Martin Hopkins, commented: “We’re really pleased that The Ridings Shopping Centre continue to see the excellent commercial benefits in being involved with the club.

“They’ve been an integral part of the city for over 30 years now and it’s great to work with another of the long standing names in Wakefield for the benefit of both parties.

“Barbara and the team have been great supporters of the club and we’re pleased to continue that relationship.”

Barbara Winston, Centre Manager, added: “We’re delighted to continue our support of Wakefield Wildcats by sponsoring them for the third consecutive year.

“It’s great to have the Wildcats store in the centre and we look forward to working with them again in 2014.”

The Ridings Centre are the third to to show their support for the Wildcats 2014 campaign, following on from Everbuild and Fleetmaster OSS Ltd.
