Wigan Warriors forward Chris Tuson will join Hull FC in 2014.
The back-row was announced as having signed for the Wildcats in June for next season, however, given the chance of circumstances at the club, Chairman Michael Carter and head coach Richard Agar gave Tuson the option to join up with the Wildcats or look elsewhere.
It was announced on Tuesday evening that Tuson has signed a two-year deal at the KC Stadium. He later tweeted: “Apologies to all the @WTWildcatsRL fans that I may have disappointed with my decision not to come next year, I hope you all understand.”
The Wildcats Chairman says the money planned for Tuson within the playing budget for 2014 will be reinvested into strengthening the squad.
