The Wildcats Academy sides will finally get to experience home comforts on Saturday as both the under 16′s and under 19′s welcome St. Helens.

The under 16's and under 19's will both face St. Helens on Saturday.

Neither side has enjoyed home advantage yet this season with the under 16′s comfortably winning their solitary fixture against Wales RL in February whilst it has been a tough baptism of fire for the under 19′s who feature a large number of players that made up last seasons under 16′s squad and have lost their opening three fixtures.

A double header against the Saints will provide a stern test for both sides with the under 16′s getting the ball rolling at midday and the under 19′s immediately after with a 2pm kick-off.

We caught up with Ryan Hudson to preview the matches and catch up on the latest with the youth development programme and you can listen to what he had to say on the Wildcats Audioboo channel.

Entry to Saturday’s games is priced at £4 adults, £2 concessions and £1 for juniors.  Season ticket holders and Club 1873 members can watch the games for free.  Simply produce your season ticket booklet or Club 1873 members card at the gate.
