The Rapid Solicitors Stadium will play host to ‘Playing the Joker’, a brand new rugby league play.
Written by award winning author and Sunday Mirror sports journalist, Anthony Clavane, ‘Playing the Joker’ is a play about Eddie Waring’s attempts to give rugby league a national profile.
Through song, dance, jokes and gripping drama, it follows a young rugby league fans quest to meet Eddie and put some home truths to his hero.
Tickets for the play on Tuesday 13th May are priced at £10 which includes a pie and a pint. Tickets are available from the Ridings Centre Store or Stadium Box Office.
The play starts at 7pm.
