Wakefield Wildcats will travel to Perpignan to face Super League rivals Catalans Dragons on Saturday.
It is the first away game in charge for Brian Smith who will be hoping to receive a positive reaction from his squad, after the slight improvement last week against Salford Red Devils.
Dan Smith and Stuart Howarth will both miss out on the trip to France. Dan Smith suffered a rib injury and Howarth a wrist injury. Brian Smith is able to welcome back Richard Owen and Reece Lyne into the squad after missing out last weekend. 18-year-old Max Jowitt has been named once again and will be joining up with his former U19s teammate Tom Johnstone.
Catalans Dragons Head Coach, Laurent Frayssinous has been left without four players when naming his 19-man squad; Vincent Duport, Willie Tonga, Michael Oldfield and Todd Carney all have injuries. Jeff Lima will make a return to the side following a suspension and Krisnan Inu is set to make his debut for the Dragons after signing at the club this week.
The last time these both sides met this season was back in April when Catalans stormed to a 40-4 victory at Belle Vue. Catalans are a very strong side at home, with their last home defeat back in March against Leeds Rhinos.
Tickets are no longer available from the ticket office or club shop in the Ridings; however, you can pay on the gate on Saturday.
