MILLERS FOUR TRIES WASN'T ENOUGH TO DENY WOLVES OF A VICTORY

Jacob Miller scored all four tries for Wakefield Wildcats, but it was not enough to deny Warrington Wolves of a victory.

Brian Smith has stated that errors from Trinity were to blame for the loss but his side has grown in confidence.

He said, “We committed some woeful errors in attack, two of our most experienced players in Kevin Locke and Jordan Tansey came up with errors they would not normally make, they are inexcusable really and gave 12 points away early on.

“But we also made defensive errors at some stage. I do feel encouraged at most of what happened today but it certainly was not enough to trouble Warrington on the scoreboard. I thought we made some progress and regressed today.”
