Brian Smith was pleased with the performance from his squad saying, “I thought we were extremely dominant early on, it was a little bit patchy afterwards but we were certainly good enough to win the game. For certain periods we were all over them like a rash.
“All the fixtures are important, there is an extra importance on some games, but our players have been trying to develop some pride and respect. We have certainly put our foot forward in the right direction today so now we need to do that next week against another dangerous team.”
