In an effort to improve our Match Day Operation and reduce the possibility of fraudulent activity we have invested in a new ticketing partner Tap2 for this coming season, and have introduced some new procedures on a match day.

Firstly the easiest and cheapest way of ensuring your attendance at all 14 (possibly 15) Super League home games is to buy a Members Plus card for the coming season. There are still savings of up to £80 to be made, and our Junior Members Plus are still absolutely free for this coming season. Members Plus cards go off sale on the 31st January so there remains 6 days to purchase yours.

There are still significant savings to be made by buying your Game Day ticket before game day. You can do this by buying in the shop in the Ridings Centre before the game day, or going online to the website and clicking on Tickets and following the prompts(option not available for Yowies game). Both these solutions will provide a saving on Game Day Tickets of £3 per game.

On a Game Day, all our turnstiles will be cashless. All tickets must be purchased from the New Ticket Kiosk adjacent to the Doncaster Road turnstiles. For the Yowies game on Friday this will be cash only, however we hope to have a debit/credit card option in place for the Widnes game on February 7th.

Once you have purchased your tickets, you will be able to enter the ground via any turnstile or through Cats Bar. This means that Adults, Concessions and Juniors can enter at the same turnstile this year, a major gripe from previous seasons.

If you are collecting tickets or wishing to purchase seating upgrades, these can still be done in the Reception office, adjacent to the Cats Bar.

From this season there will only be one point of entry externally for the East Stand seating area. However this new system will now provide occupants of the East Stand with Mens, Womens, and Disabled Toilet facilities, a smoking area at the back of the stand, and a brand new Concessions outlet where hot drinks, alcohol, and snacks will be available.

We will also be opening the Catherine Street entrance to help those that park in the Montague Street/Agbrigg Road area to access the ground easily. You will, of course, need to have pre-purchased your ticket to gain access.

Lastly, can I just say that all these changes have been made to improve your match day experience, and improve the security and finances of the Club. Whilst everyone gets used to these changes, please allow yourselves plenty of time to gain access into the ground, and not expect to turn up 5 minutes before kick-off, and waltz straight into the ground.

Once again can I thank you all for your continued support and lets all hope for a fantastic season ahead.
