Wakefield Trinity Wildcats will welcome Huddersfield Giants to Belle Vue Stadium tomorrow (Good Friday) for the first of two fixtures this Easter weekend, kick-off 3pm.
It will be the first game in charge for new Head Coach, Chris Chester who has made four changes to the 19-man squad with the return of Captain, Danny Kirmond and Scott Moore who have both been ruled out with injuries.
We will also see the return of Reece Lyne and Ben Jones-Bishop who were both forced to miss the game against Hull FC last Friday night after picking up knocks in six against St Helens. They will replace Scott Anderson, Anthony England, Anthony Walker and Andy Yates.
Huddersfield have been struggling this season with a number of injuries to key players which has seen Eorl Crabtree being ruled out for tomorrows clash. Joe Wardle will also miss through suspension and Jordan Tansey who has joined the Giants on loan is ineligible. Giants Head Coach Paul Anderson has named Craig Huby and Jared Simpson in the 19-man squad along with new signing Ryan Brierley.
Giants are currently above the Wildcats in the table and are also on two points, however they have a game in hand; it is a must win for both sides who have only won one game this season.
The last time both clubs faced each other at Belle Vue was back in March 2015 when the Giants were too strong for the Wildcats and winning the game on 44-4.
