In the last round of the regular season, Wakefield Trinity Wildcats play host to neighbours Castleford Tigers on Sunday 24th July, kick-off 3pm.
The Wildcats go into the game on the back of an outstanding 28-30 victory over Catalans Dragons, which moved Trinity above the Tigers and into 6th in the table.
Chris Chester has made two changes to last weeks 19-man squad with youngsters Bradley Moules and Liam Senior brought into the reckoning, after impressing in the Under 19's. The pair replace Mika Simon, who is ruled out with a hamstring injury, and Scott Moore, who will sit out the local derby through suspension. The Wildcats are still without Tom Johnstone, Ben Jones-Bishop, Scott Anderson, Anthony England, Chris Annakin and Ashley Gibson through injury.
The Tigers have been suffering with a number of injuries in recent weeks but are boosted by the arrival of young forward Andre Savelio, who has joined up with Daryl Powell's side for the remainder of 2016. He goes straight into the 19-man squad alongside Paddy Flynn. They replace Luke Dorn, who is sidelined with a calf strain and Danny Tickle, who left the club to join Leigh Centurions earlier this week.
The Wildcats will be looking to finish the regular season on a high before next weekends Ladbrokes Challenge Cup semi-final, but will face a tough test against a Tigers side that have won their last three local derbies, with Trinity's last victory coming in Round 1 last season.
