With scheduled round three opponents Leeds Rhinos in World Club Challenge action against Manly Sea Eagles tonight, the Wildcats are without a fixture until next Saturday’s home clash with Bradford Bulls (kick-off: 7.45pm).
Speaking in Friday’s Wakefield Express, Agar says after some rest earlier this week the focus will be firmly on getting ready for the Bulls game.
“There are a few tight calves and some soreness but the week off has enabled me to rest a few players and get refreshed in time for Bradford,” said Agar.
“We will be building up the work over this weekend and I will not be easing up on the players.
Agar says there will be no easing up as the Wildcats prepare to welcome Bradford Bulls next weekend.
“We won’t take our foot off the pedal at all. We will continue to keep doing what we are doing and try to get better on the things we have been working hard on.”
