Stobart Super League fans have until midnight on Thursday February 2 to register their side for this season’s Super League Dream Team competition, where the winner stands to win £3,000.

The Fantasy Rugby league competition, which is based on real match data including meters gained, carries, offloads and tackles, gives fans the chance to put themselves in a manager’s shoes as they try to guide their side through an entire season and in a new feature for 2012, competitors will be restricted to making team changes between Monday and Thursday only.
Entrants are limited to selecting no more than three player per Stobart Super League club and must select their 17 man squad to comply within a 1.65 million salary cap, with the person with the most points at the end of the season collecting the £3,000 prize.
The Super League have listened to all your comments and made some important changes ahead of the new season:
No weekend interchanges – You now have to select your team ready for the weekend’s games before midnight Thursday. Sit back and relax knowing that you don’t have to adjust your team after every match.
Cheaper team entry – £3 per team (if you wish to purchase 2 or 3 teams at the same time it will cost you £5 and £7 respectively).
Faster updates – the Monday morning update should now run in under an hour allowing you access to your team much quicker so you can check where you stack up in the main table and against your friends.
