Former Hull KR man Ben Cockayne signed for the Wildcats on a one-year deal ahead of 2012 after almost five years with the Robins where he experienced promotion to Super League, a top-four finish and a play-off victory over Hull FC. He spent the end of 2011 as part of the Featherstone side who lifted the Co-Operative Championship Grand Final title and his versatility, tenacious spirit and enthusiasm will be a welcome asset for Head Coach Richard Agar.
