Wildcat Dolls
Gemma Moxon
My name is Gemma Moxon I am 21 years old, and have been a dancer for the Wildcat Dolls since the auditions in 2007. This season will be my fourth season at Wakefield.
I have studied dance for many years and have a National Diploma in Dance, at the moment I am currently furthering my studies at university.
For the past few years I have worked as a dance teacher and also studied many styles of dance such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Latin, Ballroom, Cheerleading, Contemporary and Street. I now teach many of those styles in my classes and have done in the past for the Wakefield Wildcats after school dance clubs in local primary schools.
My favourite style is Latin and Jazz, though I enjoy all types and think it is important to be a rounded dancer.
The best thing about being a doll to me is the many opportunities you get to dance and perform which is what I enjoy doing and will continue to do in the future.
