If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of purchase in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange enclosing your receipt and a covering letter to:

This does not affect your statutory rights.

DVDs can only be exchanged if they are faulty.

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats is unable to accept responsibility for goods that are not returned by recorded or registered post.

We are unable to exchange or refund customized products i.e. printed shirts or accept responsibility should a player leave the club or change his squad number. Personalized shirts may only be returned if faulty. Unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats would like to inform our customers that the size guide may vary when purchasing different products by alternative suppliers.
