West Yorkshire Rugby League memories go online!

West Yorkshire Rugby League memories go online!
The University of Huddersfield have set up a project called the 'Up and Under Rugby League Oral History Project' looking back at the sport over the last 100 years.

Project manager Rob Light and a group of students from the University have already carried out numerous interiews, including one with former player John Henderson.

The interview with John Henderson can now be heard online, along with five other audio interview clips after the group launched their own website www.rugbyleagueoralhistory.co.uk The website will continue to be updated with more content going on shortly.

The group are asking for any contributions to include on their website from anyone who has been involved in the game; has an enthusiasm for rugby league and has experiences of the game, which would help to portray the sport of rugby league in West Yorkshire.
