Lucas Walshaw has signed a two-year contract with Bradford Bulls from 2015.
The centre or second-row forward made his Wildcats debut at Headingley Carnegie at the end of the 2011 season having come through the Academy ranks and has since made 23 appearances and scored three tries.
Walshaw is out of contract at the end of the season and was offered an improved deal to remain at the club but has agreed a deal with the Bulls.
He is one of seven players departing the Wildcats at the end of the current campaign. Taulima Tautai and Richard Mathers will join Wigan Warriors and London Broncos respectively in 2015, whilst Matty Wildie has signed for Dewsbury Rams. Andy Raleigh will play his final professional game on Sunday before retirement.
Paul Sykes, who has made 59 appearances and scored over 300 points in the red, white and blue, will also depart the Wildcats at the end of his contract. Harry Siejka will also leave the club after a year at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium.
Supporters will have the opportunity to thank the departing players at Sunday's game against Hull KR with the full squad to show their appreciation to all corners of the ground following the full-time hooter.
The players will then return to the dressing room and re-emerge for the 'Party on the Pitch' and it is at this point that fans will be permitted to come onto the pitch to enjoy food, drinks and to get photographs and autographs with the players.
Tickets are on sale priced at £20 adults and £12 juniors/concessions which includes the party on the pitch event. Ticket prices will increase by £2 for adults on the day of the game.
