James Endersby is another member of the scholarship backroom team with a dual role as he is an assistant coach while doubling up as a member of the talent identification team.
The former Stanley Rangers and Outwood Grange player had four years in the Leeds Rhinos academy and represented England in both rugby league and union as a junior.
Working with Ryan Hudson and John Kain he assists in delivering sessions and the wider scout network to establish links within the local amateur clubs. The young coach wants to see Wakefield be the best club in terms of youth development and build on the already solid foundations.
Endersby is delighted with the progress the scholars are making and says they are a talented group with great attitude and willingness to learn and hopes in a few years time he will have helped developed Super League players.
