Joe Arundel signed permanently for Wakefield Trinity Wildcats during the off-season in 2015 after a successful loan spell with the club in 2015.
Arundel started his career coming through the ranks at Castleford Tigers making his debut a few days short of his 17th birthday against Huddersfield in 2008.
Joe had to wait till 2010 for his next inclusion in the Castleford squad. However by 2011 he was a first team regular making 26 appearances in the Tigers’ Super League campaign.
2012 was a season to forget for Joe, after four games he picked up a season-ending injury and didn’t feature for the Glassblowers again as he signed for Hull FC for the 2013 season.
Arundel only made 17 appearances with the Black and Whites in his three years at the club spending time out on dual-registration with York City Knights, eventually being loaned out to Bradford in 2014.
Arundel then was loaned to the Wildcats for the 2015 season making his debut in the round 6 defeat to Huddersfield.
The Yorkshire men represented the England Knights in 2011 after impressing for the Tigers, playing centre in the 38-18 win over France.
Joe has made 29 appearances for Trinity in his career so far.
