Mick Hill is the scholarships under 15’s head coach oversees the youngsters including monitoring players in their games, providing feedback and coaching weekly sessions and games in the competition phase.


Hill also plays for Bradford Dudley Hill where he is also the assistant coach and despite that he still commits his time to at least one training session per week at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium and when game weeks it’s three times per week. With video analysis, planning sessions and delivering training he is involved at the club around 12-14 hours per week.
The coach also played for Dewsbury Rams and Gateshead Thunder and dreams of coaching at the highest possible level and developing as many players into Super League standard as he can. He has already coached Oliver Holmes and Jordan Thompson in their younger days before they made it professional with Castleford Tigers.

Hill describes the current scholars as a great bunch of boys with a superb work ethic and says there is a great strength and depth to the squad who are a pleasure to work with.
