Aaron MurphyAaron Murphy signed for the Wakefield Wildcats from the Leeds Rhinos. Aaron plays in the centre position and boasts strong running lines and a relentless defence. At over six foot tall, Murphy causes problems for every opposition and is definitely one to watch out for in the future.
After impressing in 2006, the Wildcats opted to sign Murphy up on a full time contract and he has since been training full time with the Wildcats squad. At present Aaron is playing for the Senior Academy at Wakefield, who have come up against tough opposition so far this season, in Salford and Hull FC. The Wildcats came up against the Leeds Rhinos last weekend, with Murphy scoring and excellent try.
Murphy’s strengths are excellent basic skills, fantastic running lines and great power, which has tormented his opposition this year.
The Wildcats coaching staff rate Murphy highly and are backing him for a successful career in the game.
