Former England academy player Reece Lyne was brought into the club in October 2012 by his former coach at Hull FC, Richard Agar who was the man to give the outside back his Super League debut.
That debut came in 2010 against Salford for the black and whites and he made it a day to remember after scoring a try on his first ever senior appearance. The youngster went on to feature 13 times since then, despite only playing in one game since Agar made the move to the Wildcats.
Capable at centre or the wing, Lyne is equally adept at playing full-back and with his rare height advantage of being 6'3" and possessing blistering pace the former Airlie Bird has made a big impression at Belle Vue after signing a three year contract.
Lyne has gone on to play 65 Super League games for the Wildcats scoring 20 times.
