Stuart Howarth returned to Wakefield for his second spell, signing with the club from Yorkshire rivals Hull FC in June 2015 on an 18-month contract.

After coming through the Wigan Warriors academy, Howarth first joined Trinity for the 2011 Super League season making his debut against French outfit Catalans Dragons. Stuart made 19 Super League appearances for the Wildcats in 2011 scoring a try in the win over Harlequins.

The hooker left Wakefield to join Salford in 2012, recording an ever present record for the Manchester side.

Howarth joined St Helens on loan during 2013 before joining Hull FC in 2015.

After only playing four games for the Airlie Birds, Howarth joined the Wildcats once again. Stuart has been a key player for Wakefield this season playing eight games so far and scoring in the first three rounds of Super League 2016.
